Calling All Bloggers and Entrepreneurs:
The first week of February is '#FAILweek' where entrepreneurs and bloggers of all industries, experience levels, and from every corner of the globe come together to celebrate their past failures.
Why Contribute?
By contributing to #FAILweek your story will earn a spot in an ebook called FAIL(here) compiled by The think (here) Blog.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Men succeed when they realize that their failures are the preparation for their victories." To extend that sentiment: help others prepare for success by letting them learn from your failure.
How to Participate:
Pick a day in the first week of February, focus on and share your biggest failed ventures via blog post.
All that is required from you is 3 pieces of the story:
The Stage- Tell everyone about the project/product/company you set off to accomplish.
The Fireball- Share the 3 main reasons everything came crashing down.
The Lesson- What did you take away from your experience? What are you doing about it?
Share
- Use hashtag #FAILweek on twitter so other entrepreneurs, participants, and readers can easily find your contribution.
- Head over to http://bit.ly.com/FAILweek and throw a link to your #FAILweek post in the Mcklinky List.
- If you would like, you may copy this blog post (in its entirety) and drop it right into your blog some time before #FAILweek kicks off.
t(h)ink on.
