The saying "Work Smarter, Not Harder" is incomplete (for entrepreneurs at least). The problem with this mantra is that the implied (and too often celebrated) end goal is to have more time for leisure based activities. YES you should work smart, but that is a given. It is like William of Occam says, "It is vain to do with more what can be done with less".

The real question is once you have worked "smarter" and have all that extra "time" will you pick up the golf clubs, or a new project? In other words, what will you do with your "Smart Time"?
